The actress focuses on more important things than a certain weight
Actress Lea Michele says she is comfortable with her figure, but thinks it is just as important to feel good on the inside.
In an interview with People magazine, she said: “You have to look good, but you also have to feel good. So I find workouts that take of both those things. You always have to have faith, because life is going to throw things at you.
The 30-year-old actress encourages people to love and trust themselves more.
She continued: “You just have trust that there is a plan. I really pride myself on the people that I surround myself with and how I take care of myself, so my ground is stable beneath me. I’ve never loved my body more than I do right now. And I’m so grateful that I feel that way.”
Michele isn’t worried about a certain weight, but believes it is important to feel healthy within. She added: “It’s so important for me to stress that being healthy is not about being a gym rat. It’s not about being 90 lbs. This is really how I live every single day.”
The actress had previously revealed she rarely wears make-up unless she is forced to do so. Instead, she relies on natural ways to stay healthy which involve sufficient water consumption and sleep.
“First and foremost, I don’t wear makeup when I don’t have to. When I’m out and about with friends and family, I’m not pounding makeup on my face – I’ll put on mascara and lip balm and go about my day. I like to give my skin a chance to breathe when it needs to. I drink a ton of water and I always try to get a good night’s sleep.”
