The actress respects a responsible team player
Actress Lea Michele revealed that she looks for a man that can handle and take care of himself, but also someone who makes part of “a really good team.”
The actress told Women’s Health magazine: “I was reading an interview with Reese Witherspoon and she said how it was vital to find a partner who really takes care of their side of the road. And that is something I find important.
I take care of myself, and I spend a lot of time and energy doing that, so I need someone else to look after themselves too. It’s only then that you can come together and be a really good team.”
The Scream Queens star lost her boyfriend Cory Monteith in 2013, leading her to dedicate several tracks to him in her upcoming album.
“Obviously the last track was a song about Cory. And on this new one, the last song is about him again. But it’s very hopeful song because I’m in a different place. I’m stronger,” she explained.
Meanwhile, Michele recalled a time when she had to remove her clothes for a Broadway show and explained how comfortable she is in her skin.
She said: “I’m very comfortable in my skin. I was on Broadway and I had to take my clothes off there as well.
It wasn’t that crazy for me, but then again, at the end of the day when you’re taking these pictures you’re like, ‘Oh wait, these are going to be on newsstands for the whole world to see.’ But I’m very happy with how it came out. I feel the best I’ve ever felt in my whole life. I’m going to be 30 in three weeks, so I think it was the perfect time to do that.”
