Nick Young has revealed he wants his ex-fiancé, Iggy Azalea, to marry French Montana, whom she is rumored to be dating. Azalea split from the basketball player after catching him with another woman through their home’s security cameras earlier this year.

Despite their bitter breakup, Young insists he only wants her to be happy and looks forward to their supposed relationship blossoming into something serious.

When asked how he felt about Azalea possibly dating Montana, he told TMZ: “No man, I’m happy for them. I wish they’d get married.”

The NBA star – who is having a baby with ex-girlfriend Keonna Green – might have to keep waiting for this to happen as the blonde beauty stated she isn’t ready to settle down. She has also assured everyone that the two only have a professional relationship.

Azalea recently said about the rumors: “I’ve only been single for like three seconds. I don’t want to be with anyone right now. We’re [just] collaborating. I’ve got another single coming out with French Montana, so we recorded it while I was in Las Vegas last week.”

Young and Azalea made headlines earlier this year when the basketball star was recorded by teammate D’Angelo Russell disclosing his infidelity. Although she tried to save their relationship, the artist eventually broke things off due to trust issues.

Azalea shared via Instagram at the time: “Unfortunately although I love Nick and have tried to rebuild my trust in him – It’s become apparent in the last few weeks I am unable to. I genuinely wish Nick the best. It’s never easy to part ways with the person you planned you’re entire future with, but futures can be rewritten and as of today mine is a blank page.”
