Kanye West continues to find himself in the spotlight one way or another. The rapper, designer and husband was blamed for allegedly ruining a party hosted by fashion label VFILES during New York Fashion Week.

West had staged a surprise concert at the Highline Ballroom in New York City during VFILES’ event.

Because of West’s concert, celebrities including Naomi Campbell, Travis Scott, Kylie Jenner, Young Thug and Justine Skye did not attend despite the fact they had been formally invited.

An insider told the New York Post newspaper: “They felt like [West] purposely delayed the start of his concert to ruin their party.”

The news comes after West was reportedly disappointed after the Kardashians did not support his show, Yeezy, which is currently in its fourth season.

Meanwhile, the rapper recently showed his new fashion collection in New York on Wednesday, but felt let down after Kim’s sisters failed to attend the event.

A source said: “Both Kim and Kanye would have wanted the rest of her family in New York City too.” West wanted Kris Kardashian and company to make an appearance as a sign of support.

The source continued to explain: “It was a big disappointment to Kanye that Kris, Kourtney and Khloé didn’t attend his fashion show.”

West was also said to be stressed in the days before the fashion event for his clothing line, leading some to call him “a nightmare.” The source added: “Kanye has been very stressed about his fashion show. He is a perfectionist and was a nightmare before the show.”
