Kendall Jenner describes herself as a “guy’s girl” as she prefers to befriend men more than women. A self-proclaimed tomboy, the reason for this is due to her family being mostly made up of girls.

She said: “Nine times out of ten, I’d rather hang out with a group of guys instead of girls.

I definitely consider myself a guy’s girl. Growing up, I was always a tomboy, but more recently I’ve found myself really gravitating toward hanging with only guys.”

And while the 20-year-old model is proud of her dad’s decision to become a woman, this has nevertheless contributed to her seeking more male energy.

She shared: “I think because I have so many women in my family and not many men – especially after my dad transitioned – I’m drawn to male energy when choosing friends.

Half the time, I’m the only girl in the room! Like the other night, seven or eight of my guy friends were at my house and I was just napping on the couch. I’m just supercomfortable around them.”

Kendall does, however, still rely on close friends like Gigi Hadid and considers their conversations therapeutic.

The model said via her app: “Don’t get me wrong, though – I love my girlfriends.

You need those one or two ladies in your life. Being around them is like a therapy session and you need those girls to vent! But, being around my guys is fun and easy.”

And the star had previously praised her squad, whom she refers to as the Super Natural Friend Group: “This is going to sound really, really lame, but we all call ourselves the Super Natural Friend Group because we all have such cool individual lives and we’ve been dreaming about them since we were so young.”
