Husband Ashton Kutcher spilled the beans earlier this week
Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis had been secretly expecting a baby boy – until he could no longer contain his excitement, that is.
The actor confirmed the big news on Late Night with Seth Meyers this Thursday. This means the new bundle of joy will soon join his two-year-old sister, Wyatt, as the couple expands to a family of four.
Ashton shared: “We haven’t told anyone. We’re having a boy!”
Despite confirming the details to Seth Meyers, he had actually let it slip earlier that day on the Today show.
But the actor wasn’t very open to the idea of having children at this point in time for fear that Mila, 33, would turn down the possibility of more kids in the future. And the star also says he wants as many children as possible, but is very particular about how they “should” be conceived.
He said: “I was hoping for a girl because first of all, our first girl is unbelievable. But also I figured if we had a girl second, [Mila] might give me one more shot at having a boy and now I don’t know. It’s even money, she might cut me off. I want, like, 12 [children].”
Ashton insists the two don’t normally argue about such concerns and says they couldn’t be happier at the moment.
Meanwhile, wife Mila says she doesn’t overthink her pregnancy and doesn’t regularly check how far along she is.
The star shared with Conan O’Brien: “I feel really good. With the first one, there were these apps where you could check daily to see the size of your baby based on fruit.
So, ‘Oh, today my baby’s the size of guava, or a banana, or avocado.’ And I did it, like, every day. I couldn’t even tell you how far along I am right now. I’m like, ‘I don’t know. A couple months?’ I genuinely don’t know how far along I am. I’m like, ‘Somewhere between this and that.'”
