It’s been reported that Laura Prepon is expecting a child with her fiancé Ben Foster.

The news comes after speculation that Ben was “really protective” of her at the Creative Coalition’s Spotlight Initiative Gala Awards dinner, which took place at the Kia Supper Suite during the Sundance Film Festival earlier this month. The 36-year-old star was seen assisting Laura while she walked around during the event.

An insider said of the two: “Ben seemed really protective and kept very close to Laura the entire night. He was holding onto her arm as they walked in and kept by her side during the dinner.

Neither of them got up much to mingle. They definitely enjoyed dinner. I noticed she finished her plate.”

Meanwhile, the actress – who got engaged last October – is already planning their nuptials but admitted she’s not attracted to a big, fancy wedding.

She recently revealed: “We want a really small wedding but we have a lot of people that we love and care about.”

The star admits to have a lot of close friends and acquaintances, which is making the planning process a bit tricky.

“It’s weird, [but] apparently doing the list for your wedding is a whole thing that could cause some issues. [The ‘Orange is the New Black‘] cast alone is like 50 people.”

Despite looking forward to their big day, she said their careers make it difficult to set a date.

“He’s going off to do two movies. I just wrapped last week. It’s just, you know, scheduling. It’s a lot.”
