Yet another end-times prophet is claiming that the world is about to be destroyed thanks to a very arbitrary calculation based on the Bible.
If you’ve enjoyed this Earth your entire life, well, we’ve got bad news for you: it’s about to be destroyed in a spectacular apocalypse. That’s what a “Christian numerologist” is claiming, theorizing that a “Planet X” will be speeding past our Earth on Sept. 23 and causing an end of the world type of event that will lead to the Rapture and the end of humanity.
Christian numerologist David Meade has settled on Sept. 23 as the final date for our planet because of Luke 21:25-26, which he says is evidence that the solar eclipse and Hurricane Harvey are signs that the end is nearing. The verses say the following:
“25: There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea. People will faint from terror, apprehensive of what is coming on the world, for the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’
“’26: Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.'”
Meade chose Sept. 23 because of codes he found in the Bible as well as a date market from the pyramids of Giza in Egypt, and it’s based around a theory on Planet X, a massive possible planet that could explain gravitational anomalies deep in our solar system. This planet would pass by on that fateful day, causing incredible disasters like volcanoes and tsunamis. It is hard to understand how this planet could be so close but totally unnoticed by scientists.
The Bible states that the apocalypse will precede the Rapture and the second coming of Christ. Revelations 12:1-2 reads: “And a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of 12 stars. She was pregnant and was crying out in birth pains and the agony of giving birth.”
